Celebration of World Environment Day 2024 at Kochi Salem Pipeline Private Limited (KSPPL-JV of IOCL & BPCL), Kochi

Kochi Salem Pipeline Private Limited (KSPPL- JV of IOCL and BPCL) celebrated World Environment Day-2024 with the theme of Land Restoration, Desertification and Drought Resilience wherein variety of saplings were planted at four installations of KSPPL at Puthuvypeen despatch terminal, Kochi refinery despatch terminal, Udayamperoor Receipt terminal and Palakkad receipt terminal. Apart from this, Sh. K Narender Babu K, CEO-KSPPL alongside Smt. Rajeswari S, CFO, KSPPL along with whole Corporate Office team of KSPPL, planted saplings within one of the sectionalized valve stations of KSPPL. KSPPL, being the major LPG pipeline in the State of Kerala operating 203km long pipeline is the most environmental friendly way of transportation of LPG contributing to the substantial reduction in CO2 emissions. During the occasion, CEO & CFO, urged all the employees to reaffirm the dedication of KSPPL to nurture the environment in all possible ways. They also emphasized to undertake extensive tree plantation initiatives contributing to the greener future.
