He has 34 years of experience in the Oil Sector. He is widely considered as Logistics and Supply expert, and he spent major part of his career in Operations and Supply Chain.
Currently he is heading Engg. and Projects (Marketing) set up in BPCL as Executive Director.

Management, Marketing and Sales across the country for over three decades.
Versatile energy professional with 35 years of varied experience, having
deep insight in entire gamut of LPG business which includes Engineering,
Projects, Operations, Contracts Management, Marketing/Sales, Auto LPG,
Strategic Planning, Business Development etc. He has held leadership
positions as Project/Unit/Function/Group Head was involved in Strategic
Planning at HQ Level, obtaining Board Approvals for infrastructure, pushed
for changes designing policies on standardization. Accomplished Specialist
tasks of Standardization Studies and updating of Operating Manuals. As a
Policy Maker developed important policies and Benchmarks. Noted for
proficiency in Corporate Planning & Development of infrastructure.
Mr. Sailendra has also represented IndianOil in World LP Gas Association
(WLPGA) as a Member of Global Auto Industry & Technology Networks and
presented technical papers in Tokyo, Seoul and Goa.
Shri. T.C Shankar is a Chartered Accountant who also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physics. He has more than 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector. He presently heads the finance function of Pipelines Division of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. He also leads the Information Systems wing of Pipelines Division of the company. In his earlier assignments in the recent past, he has headed Indian Oil’s Corporate Internal Audit function and finance function of two of the refineries in the eastern coast of India. At Refineries Head Qtrs of Indian Oil, he has been involved closely in logistics and ship chartering for transportation of imported crude oil to Indian ports and for coastal movement of products
Shri M K Sharma is a Master in Mechanical Engineering (Production & Industrial Engineering). He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XIMB, Bhubaneswar. Presently, he heads the Mechanical wing of the Projects Department of Pipelines Division of Indian Oil. He has been entrusted with the responsibility of executing Project Engineering, Procurement & Management of Oil, LPG & Gas pipelines. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector including providing Design, Engineering, and Procurement services of Crude Oil terminals, Crude oil and Petroleum Pipeline transportation systems and delivery systems and has overseen the successful execution of several mega Projects from concept to commissioning stage. He has also been associated with the grass root construction and O&M of the largest crude oil storage and handling terminals of Indian Oil both at the west coast and east coast. Apart from providing crucial EPC expertise to Indian Oil Projects, he also heads the Design and Project Management group (Mechanical) for providing EPMC services for the longest LPG pipeline of the world. Besides, KSPPL, he is IndianOil’s nominee Director on the Boards of GSPL India Gasnet Ltd. & GSPL India Transco Ltd. also, which are implementing cross-country natural gas pipelines in India.
